TEEN and YOUNG ARTIST CLASSES
FUNDAMENTALS OF DRAWING-
Tues, Wed. or Thurs.
3:30 p.m.-4:30 p.m., Ages 8-12
Students supply materials, a B&P supply kit is available for purchase ($55).
Drawing is an important first step for any artist and this class
is designed to enhance basic drawing skills. Focusing on shape,
shading and technique, students will work in pencil,
pastel and watercolor.
MIXED MEDIA-
Tues., Wed. or Thurs. 3:30 p.m.-4:45 p.m. or
Tues or Thurs. 5:00-6:15 Ages 5-10, all supplies included.
Classes include Painting, Drawing, Sculpture and Collage.
Students must be proficient with scissors.
The class meets once a week and students work
in a different medium each week.
**All Mixed Media classes are full and on waitlist.
*All classes are $63 a month (unless otherwise specified), tuition is due at the beginning of the month and is non-refundable. If a class is missed, you are encouraged to make-up the class at one of the available times.
* For students who attend Gilchrist Elementary School we have an optional Snack and Pick-up for an additional $15 a month, call for details.
* Supply kits are available for purchase ($55) or ($90 Painting).
TEEN OIL/ACRYLIC-
Wed. or Thurs. 4:45 p.m.-6:15 p.m. Ages 12 and up.
Students supply their own materials, a B&P supply kit is available for purchase ($90).
Instructors work with students individually in a studio setting at their own pace. Students work in oil. After painting one still life, one animal and one landscape, each student works at his/her own pace on a subject they have selected.
ADVANCED DRAWING -
Tues. 5:00 p.m.-6:15 p.m., Ages 12 and up. Students supply materials, a B&P supply kit is available for purchase ($55).
This class is designed for students who have previously
taken a drawing course. Students enrolled in ADVANCED DRAWING will be encouraged to learn how to draw and paint
both animals and people in either anime or realistic and to cultivate and fine tune their own drawing style.
HOMESCHOOL MIXED MEDIA-
Wed. 10:30 a.m.-11:45 a.m. Ages 5-12,
all supplies included. Classes include Painting,
Drawing, Sculpture and Collage. The class meets
once a week and students work in a different
medium each week.
